Non Smoking. Tamarack Lodge is a Non Smoking facility. Smoking, including E-Cigs (Electronic Cigarettes), is not allowed anywhere in the following areas: residences, balconies, beach, hallways, grounds, lobby and other common areas. A recovery fee will be charged to your residence if smoking occurs.
Deposit. All reservations require a one night's room rate plus taxes and fees to guarantee reservation. This deposit will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Reservations for Summer (Peak Season) June 17 - Aug. 27 require a deposit equal to 50% of your entire stay to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card at that time. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charge for the entire stay when reservation is made.
Cancellations and Refunds. Summer (Peak Season) June 17 - Aug.27.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of paid deposit. Any cancellations less than 30 days will result in forfeit of any deposits paid. All other seasons require a 48 hour cancellation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours will be charged one night's room rate plus taxes and fees.
Pets. No pets are allowed at Tamarack Lodge.
Parking. All guests are permitted one parking space per residence. Additional parking may be available at our nearby private parking lot on Four Mile Rd. All RV's, vans, boats and trailers must park at our Four Mile Rd parking lot.
Maximum Occupancy. Occupancy levels are strictly enforced. They are required by the city and are a condition of our insurance. Over occupancy creates undue risk for all. If your residence has more occupants than permitted, we reserve the right to require a larger residence or charge additional daily fees.

Damages / Missing Items. Guests are responsible for all damages or missing items from your residences. Each residence is inventoried at the beginning and end of each stay. A major credit card is required at check-in. Any damage to the property or rule violations incurred during your stay may be charge to your credit card within 14 days of check out.
